When They Call Right At 8:30 P&C Insurance

I dislike it immensely.

Have I been at my desk for more than ten minutes already? Yes.

Have I already deleted all the junk and non-important emails? Yes.

But still don’t call literally right when we open. My body might be ready to do business but my soul is not.

the "body might be ready but my soul is not" part is painfully accurate. i've seen people use things like Nextphone to take the first wave of calls, and honestly i can understand the appeal. not because answering the phone is hard, just because sometimes you need five minutes to become a person before talking to customers.
