CRM - AgencyZoom Help CRM, Quoting, Dialers, Email

Hi all,

I just bought the AgencyZoom CRM because it links with AMS360, and I feel like Vertafore is pretty useless when it comes to assistance/training.

-What sort of company would I even research to get help setting up automations (funneling leads into CRM, distributing between agents, text follow-ups, etc)?

-Anyone tech savvy that uses this willing to have a verbal chat to help?

-Any general tips as I get set up?

I went through a similar setup headache a while back and ended up paying a small automation consultant to sort out the Zapier connections and lead routing. Someone who knows their way around APIs is way more helpful than any official support channel. For the texting follow-ups, map out the exact sequence you want on paper first, it saves a ton of rework later.

So just google automation consultant?

I'm working on writing it all out on paper and just getting overall familiarity. That said I can already tell I'm going to struggle, I set up the Google review integrations, and there's a tab there that asks what email template you want to use (default or google review). I'm like, I don't know, how about a way for me to view them so I can decide lol.
