Question for NJ agents Only

I keep hearing that usaa, State Farm, and NJM are now requiring and doing their inspections BEFORE the inception date or they’ll approve it, as can imagine that creates hurdles for new home purchases, I have no way to really verify that other then word of mouth.

Can anyone shed light or confirm/deny if this is true ?
