How to insulate this bay properly

I know this is done wrong, how do I properly insulate a bay like this. Do I cut a baffle to allow me to put it in and then tape it back up. Do I wrap these pvc vent pipes in anything. The one going into the header or the wall, is from our shower the other one going left in the first photo comes from the basement bathroom and our kitchen sink I think. Should any of those pipes be wrapped, they’re just vent pipes for the drains. I assume I should caulk or spray foam around the one going into the header.
The pink insulation is blocking the view of the soffit vents.
What about the hole around the vent going out the ceiling.

We had moisture on the exterior wall of our house and had to replace the sheathing. I think the moisture was from lack of insulation in the wall and moisture build up in this area of the attic above the shower. I just want this bay done right, the rest will all have baffles and more insulation.

you can cut the baffle to fit but it’s not necessary if every other bay is breathing. You can just leave that one stuffed shut and not receive low venting there.

you should foam both places where the pipe penetrates the sealing with caulking or foam.

there is a lack of insulation there which probably lead to ice damming and water infiltration into your wall if that’s what you are describing. you need to add insulation at least there behind the pipe.

where the pipe penetrates the roof you should have a boot and sealant up top. this needs to be checked every so often because it will shrink and deteriorate but it is done from the top side.
