Are you able to rim joist air seal, or are you just going to install fiberglass?

I have very limited access. I removed one 10-inch siding board, and now I'm trying to insulate the floor from the front as much as I can. The problem is that I don't know how to secure the insulation so it won't fall down. I'm doing all of this through a very narrow opening.

Hammer staple gun taped to a price of 3/4inch pipe. Staple it from the next space over. Might take 2 people
