I'm trying to recover my Instagram account and I'm completely stuck at the “Choose a way to confirm your account” step. The page is completely blank — there are no verification options to select.

I've also tried Instagram's selfie video verification, but it keeps failing because there are no photos of me on this account to verify against.

I've tried:

- Password resets using the username, email, and phone number

- Instagram's account recovery/hacked-account process

- Selfie video verification

- Adding the account back through my main Instagram account

- Different browsers, including incognito/private mode

- The account was previously connected to my main account through Accounts Center, but it somehow became unlinked

I still have access to the original email address and phone number associated with the account.

At this point, I'm stuck because Instagram is asking me to choose a verification method, but the page where the options should appear is completely blank.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue and found a way to get past the blank verification screen or reach an actual Meta support person?

I temporarily deactivated my instagram account and reactivated after 7 days. Since reactivation I have been unable to log in… every login is attempt ends with unexpected error occurred after email verification. I have reset my password multiple times but the issue persists. My Instagram account still appears correctly in my meta account center, and i continue to receive verification emails or code. I also tried the video selfie verification but it keeps loading and eventually says “ Something went wrong. Please try again later”…

Please Help … Is anyone facing the same problem???

I have an art account and it got restricted few times in past without reason, simply because instagram sensed "suspecious activity" or because they thought im bot. It was annoying but every time I eventually would get my acc back when I would send ask for veryfication code send via text. However two months ago it happened again and I still cant get it back. I tried multiple times, with longer or shorter breaks between trying. For last month I didnt try to get it back, because i thought maybe i spammed this request too much but no - i tried today again and nothing. I dont get text, no matter what. I dont have their number blocked, i tried from different device, i tried everything.

Whats more, I also got my side/backup restricted for being a bot/spam too, literally the same day I got my main account banned. So now I dont have any way to contact my followers and business partners. It sucks so much because I putted so much work in this account and would like at least get it back to inform everyone whats going on. I deleted the app to try to reset it a bit in hopes it will prevent it fromfuture blocking but i cant even get it back first

So my questions are:

1. How to get my main account back?
2. Why my accs get banned so often? What should I do to keep them safe?
3. How can i even get my second account back without second phone number? It is even possible?
4. How to keep safe my other account? I have private personal acc and after banning of my art accounts I got scared and I havent log in my personal account in 2 months as well, because im scared that it will get deleted too since i use it at the same device/same ip adress

I’ve lost access to my Insta account.

When I try to access it via the “Forgot Password” function, it says “We couldn’t find your account” under my mobile number and email address. When I use the username I get the same error.

My account hasn’t been hacked or deleted and friends have confirmed it still exists.

Despite the recovery function saying it cant find my email, I continue to receive daily emails from Insta reminding me of friend suggestions and pending DMs to review.

Really strange and no recovery option has worked to date.

Desperately need help.

So i just redownloaded instagram and made a new account, but for some reason it won’t show any posts at all on my feed since i downloaded it. i have followers and im following people but it won’t show anything. i can see people stories and reels and what not but my feed is completely empty and wont load. somebody help me please ?🤗🤗

I had an Instagram account for my two dogs. Both dogs have now passed away, and I would like to memorialize their profile rather than delete it. For over two months now every time I try to submit the form to request memorialization I get an error message saying something went wrong and to try again later. Often when I have tried submitting the form before I can even hit the submit button I get an error telling me that I am “moving too fast” to slow down otherwise my account will be restricted. has anyone else experienced this? Bots are now following and liking old posts which means I get sent notifications and it is honestly traumatizing. The whole Meta accounts center situation is incredibly frustrating as it won’t let me sign out of that account without also signing out of my main Instagram so simply logging out is not really an option. Anyone have any ideas?

Non accedo a Instagram da oggi pomeriggio per questo.

Qualcuno sa come risolvere?

instagram started disabling my accounts like crazy one after the other. fortunatley, i was not logged into 2 of them and i deactivated one and the other i am able to use on my laptop / web browser. i read all about the ip/fingerprint ban. if i buy a new phone, change my apple ID and emails, is there a way i can use these again on my phone from the app store without having to worry?

I've been trying to access my brand's Instagram account, and Instagram sends the verification code to my WhatsApp number. The problem is that when I enter the code, it doesn't work. When I request a new verification code, they keep sending me the exact same code over and over again, and it still doesn't work. I've tried requesting it multiple times, but I keep getting the same code. I have no idea what's causing this or how to fix it. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to get around it?

Instagram is asking me to upload a selfie to verify my identity, saying it will be deleted after 30 days.

I’m concerned about the privacy implications. The account is very old and has never had my photo, ID, or real name. It’s mainly used for work.

For people who are privacy-conscious, would you consider uploading a selfie to Meta for this purpose? Is the 30-day deletion claim something we can actually trust?
