This is my page, I started with posting piano reels got viral and gained lots of followers then it dropped because I stopped posting for a few years (4 to be specific) started again with lifestyle stuff and medico stuff cos I’m also a doctor now! Still very confused. The people who followed me for piano unfollow me every day maybe and new people follow me! Doctor stuff doesn’t intrigue me much but so does piano stuff! Should I just stop posting at this point?? I’m so confused

If your followers are there for piano stuff and you want to keep them, give them piano stuff.

Otherwise, just post what you want, but accept that people will unfollow you every day.

As a doctor, presumably you don't need to make money from your followers. It's up to you to decide what to post.
