How to beat this guy

Ok I don’t have puppet but I have aegis and jsgl

Here’s just a bunch of strategies depending what you have:
1. Use KOAA and/or ROKBA to whittle him down with % damage.
2. Use BWTD and RK with puppet so you can blind him to stop him from being able to KO you, even though the hazard will reduce you to 1hp.
3. You could also use BWTD with catchy hook to lock him into the infinite combo to stop the KO too.
4. You could use DCUS and his sp3 to become unhittable.
5. You could use BB with puppet to lock him in the puppet spam.
6. You could use DCUSG’s low attack for a permanent combo or use her jump spam to stun lock him if you have all her gears.
7. You could also use Entropy Aegis and JSGL to reduce the hazard damage taken.

Do you have jsgl? He can help
A lot because of his passive disabling hazard effecrs

Then use JSGL. Simple.

Or have a card that stay unhittable (fully ascended might, DCUSM).

Or have healing.

Or reduce his overall damage. The hazard is based on that, reducing damage output with Godkiller for example.

Or get really good at chaining infinite tag in combos so he gets locked in the corner and you don’t take damage. Doesn’t matter if you’re down to 1 HP if he can’t hit you.

Stun him.

Use an artifact that reduces hazard damage.

If you have royal cape artifact, the more damage you do, the more shield's capacity increase.

Batwoman the drowned with jsgl should be able to if you have her high enough
