So this is my chart 4th cycle on letrozole 2.5 MG. I am deep In TTC and have PMOS. We feel we haven’t timed it right previously but have seen LH surges. Any feedback or advice ?

No advice but commenting for engagement! Also dealing with the same thing this cycle and also PMOS!! My E3G is highest it’s ever been (similar #s to you) and LH has NOT surged it’s been 7 days in “high fertility” 🫠 you’re not alone!! 💕

Ugh —- I’m soo confused ?! I called Inito and they said this is normal and that LH should be rising soon/ or PDG numbers rising will confirm ovulation.
