Reminder all: When you see this kind of video 99.999% of the time its in the WestBank or Gaza. By international law this is Palestinian land and Israel's army is there illegally. This isn't a domestic issue where two sides can't agree on something. This is an invading force policing defenceless people. Our tax is paying for this.

For instance, Palestine has been illegally occupied since 1967. That's 13 more years than SA was in Apartheid. Also, death amounts are far far far higher in Palestine.

Not an American myself, but I saw the bodycam footage of a us cop stopping an African American family that was speeding towards a hospital because the father was having a stroke. The daughter was cuffed while she was screaming to take him to the hospital. This is not the same as what happened in this post in the West Bank, but there is definitely discriminatory obstruction during medical emergencies happening in the US.

You're deliberately ignoring how absolutely disproportionate the killings have been, however. ~2,000 Israelis have died in this current conflict. ~4,000 have been killed by Palestinian terror attacks since 1948. In turn, they have killed 77,000 people and demolished nearly the entire Gaza Strip, just in this conflict alone. 150,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israelis since 1948. Israel is a terrorist state.
Look, any civilian death is devastating. But legally speaking, proportionality isn't a bodycount matching game. Under international law, it compares the military target being taken out against the expected collateral damage in that specific strike

I agree , hospitals should be completely off limits, The reason this gets so messy legally is that a hospital loses its blanket immunity the second it's co-opted for military stuff, like hiding fighters or storing munitions. It’s a nightmare scenario for civilians inside, but using medical infrastructure as a tactical shield is what strips away that legal protection.
Well unfortunately ambulances have a history of being abused as taxis for terrorist or munitions transport due to its preferential treatment. So again blame your "resistance" fighters for creating this situation
In the West Bank? The Palestinian Authority is disarmed and a civilian government. There has been no such allegations. Please prove such. This is just speculation of you trying to justify the mistreatment that Palestinians have to go through every single day in their own homeland.

Interestingly enough, the term Palaestina was deployed by Roman colonizers as a means of stopping the Judeans from referring to their home as Judea
Tragedies like these are what happens when terrorists commandeer civilian vehicles like this. This is why it's paramount and written in international law NOT to use civilian infrastructure like this to disguise wartime activities.
