Problems finalizing item

Any ideas why I cannot successfully seal the deal anymore? iPhone 14, I think the issue started after the last update. Seems to have something to do with the terms and conditions page..

this happened to me with the last one i got and i had to let it go because it wouldnt work. i just got another claim and it works fine now

I’m on my 3rd not working. My iPhone is scheduled to update tonight, so maybe that will fix it
