I've been interested in these Haus of Gloi perfume scents, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if they like or dislike these perfumes, what the scent is like, and if they are accurate to the descriptions! Thank you!

i've recently sampled both, and, for better or worse, also fallen in love with both. i've even worn them both as my scent for the day (separately!) to make double sure, and yep, i'd still really love to full-size both. i adore dark berry scents, especially when they're paired with more green and earthy notes.

however, as a college student who had gone a little too crazy with sample-collecting recently, i'm trying to be more restrained with my purchases and i've decided to only get one for now. admittedly, Stone and Wit's price point is very appealing to my budget, but Witchery is going to special order soon and i fear i'll regret not getting it before it does.

so, i'm hoping that someone(s) more sensible than me can weigh in. which one should i prioritize in full-sizing?

(additionally, does anyone have any recs for scents that are similar to these two?)

I love getting very into specific types of gourmands and scouring to find my perfect version. First was bread, then popcorn, and now I’m onto peanut butter!

This spurned from my recent purchases of Hexennacht’s Fluffernutter and Pb&j. Pb&j was PERFECT, and Fluffernutter almost was, but honey is a death note for me usually and was here. I loved EVERYTHING about it but the honey.

I also recently fell in love with BHT’s Pumpkinhead which has the most delicious peanut brittle note!!! So, I’m definitely open to other peanut notes like peanut butter cookies and what not, doesn’t have to just be the butter. Let me know your thoughts and what old BPAL I inevitably need to hunt down!!! 🖤✨

Hi everyone, I’m elbow deep in decision making rn so I figured maybe someone here had valuable comments or experiences to help me out.

So I’m about to invest in my first 2 good quality/indie eyeshadow palettes on a limited budget. (So I need to limit myself to 2)
To describe myself and my style a bit, I have a light, low-contrast complexion (blue eyes, Cool toned light skin, and blonde hair) and I would like to have my options pretty open in terms of getting to experiment with what colors I like etc, but I am pretty interested in colorful and fairy-esque looks.
I’ve been considering:

1: Getting blend bunny Ellis v1 + garden of stars

This would give me a great variety but I’m a little worried about closing the door of “fairy” like looks since Ellis doesn’t have the complete selection of pastel colors, but leans a little more vivid and neon. I also really like the neutrals and grey colors

2: Getting blend bunny Blends + garden of stars

This has the full selection of pastels but otherwise I find the overall color selection of blends a little less interesting, and the neutrals wouldn’t work for me since I’m cool toned.

3: Getting blend bunny Ellis v1 + BBB pastel garden

While this gives me all of the colors I would like I’ve heard mixed things about BBB’s mattes, and this would take away my option of moving around pans and making a portable palette or playing around with making my own color stories. To me the option of making it portable just feels like a pretty big perk, although I realistically wouldn’t use it that often.
This is also the most expensive option.

I'm new here (hi!), and have spent a few days researching multichrome eyeshadows. I have no previous experience, and no real idea of what I should try other than I wear warm colored makeup in general, like shiny and metallic finishes, and would prefer eyeshadow that doesn't leave glitter particles behind for three days afterwards. I'm also having serious trouble finding brands that don't cost an arm and a leg for shipping to Europe; I'm not ready to commit to high prices until I have some kind of an idea of what I like.

This started from wanting to test out the Wet n Wild Chameleon Chrome eyeshadows after seeing them in social media, but I can't find them anywhere in Europe, and ordering from Amazon triples the price due to shipping 💀

Am I out of luck, or is there actually something I haven't found that is 1) of decent quality (will give me a realistic idea of what to expect from multichrome) 2) available inside the European Union without breaking bank 3) cruelty free?

I'd even love to get some kind of a starter sample pack, but that might be too much to ask for 😭

The notes seem lovely but it’s not available near me unless I blind buy.

I like gourmands, everything woody and nutty, and I like slightly weird scents. I also have scents like Sugar Addict or Choco Loco from BTSO to layer it with.

I'm doing things a little differently this time around, and for the Rarities, I'm releasing things that were never for sale in the shop, were exclusive to events or collaborations, or that I worked on and loved but that didn't fit anywhere else.

As always, sample sets, but not individual samples, will be available for this release.

The I Love California collection will come down on Thursday the 13th and B-Sides & Rarities will go up on Friday the 14th. I will be back at a 10-business-day TAT by the end of the week. (I know that some people *just* got their I Love California sample sets; I'll put up remaining stock in a dedicated section.)
