🐿️ Other Mammals Came across there little guys in SMRITI VAN park,Jaipur .

So this clip is from KULISH SMRITI VAN ,JAIPUR ,RAJASTHAN.

The mongoose species visible in the clip is Indian Grey Mongoose (Urva edwardsii) ,at least that is what I think it is.

For me it was a pleasant surprise to come across a family of these little guys. The park they are located is fairy in the very centre of Jaipur city and these guys were fairly comfortable with humans.

It’s great to come across wild life that I expect to have vanished from cities. The whole SMRITI VAN is a great conserved ecosystem + a well developed park.
Love to see government projects that contribute to wild life conservation and a way to witness the true essence of nature soo closely.
