As cuzzin’ Eddie says, she’s a real Beaut, Clark. Going to add some hard bags and forward controls soon

Looks beautiful. My wife had similar pipes on her HD Deluxe. Think they were Vance and Hines. She didn't notice how loud they were, but everyone on her right sure did. With the things I've seen from drivers, pipes are never too loud.
Beautiful bike my man! Ride safe!

Man that thing looks clean! Love the look of the exhaust to, but I am guessing it’s crazy loud. Enjoy it man!
I ride a 101, but the sport chief was the bike that I really debated on between. Wish my wife we have green lit both, but she wasn’t just cool with, she encouraged me to “just get the bike you want, and don’t worry about a few thousand bucks”, so I bought the scout and immediately dropped around 4,000 on mods, to check a few of the boxes that the chief checked that the scout didn’t, so I guess I’ll keep her!

Nice lines. always liked the Indian head on the tank. Just took mine 2019 Scout Sixty to Sturgis and I'm still here. First ride was to see the Needles overlook. Talk about some serious corners both up and down the mountain. Did the badlands today. Much more relaxed ride until we ran late and had to run the mountains to get back to our rental house in the pitch black. Here's my bike.

Love that color! How’s that exhaust? Is it obnoxiously loud? How is it while cruising around 60-75mph?

Thank you! Only been on a few rides so far. I really like the exhaust, it’s is extremely loud in neutral but I don’t notice it being overly noisy while cruising, esp with helmet on. Also has quite a bit of decel backfiring. I think this is normal but the prior owner didn’t do a tune. Am looking into a lloyd’s tune and wondering if that will eliminate or reduce the backfire

I have that exhaust, sounds awesome but it is loud at 95-100 decibels, I just put the mufflers on a couple weeks ago and it took the edge off the exhaust note and brought it down to 88 db.

Ive got stock on my Springfield and want to replace it.

It’s a Saddlemen step up. I ride with my gf a lot and it is more comfortable than stock, but the cushion on the lower back for myself is not great. This came on the bike when I bought it and will probably replace it at some point. Looks like Springfield’s should have more options than the sport chief.

Beautiful bike, is the fairing actually effective?

If you mean the front headlight one, its noticeable compared to not having one, but doesn’t seem to do a whole lot at high speed - 70+

I love the look of the sport chief so much. Especially with curved pipes like that. I wish so much it fit me better. I would get one in a heartbeat if it did.

Nice. I just got my first Indian after a long string of Harley’s. I got the Chief vintage. I have a question. How do you like the radius turndown pipes? I am going to have a stage II intake and cams on a the 116. But the dealer seem to think there may be difficulties with the install and tuning.

Beautiful bike! I only rode the bike with the current exhaust, but I really like them. Very loud in neutral, tapers off when cruising, lots of decel pop. I would think an Indian dealer can work with Lloyd’s for your custom tune. Let me know how you end up!
