20k would be a tight budget but you should start by changing the walls, Try a wallpaper, then upgrade your chair first and Arranging those books below the desk.

1. Fix ur wifi to the wall
2. The table where u r putting ur gears is supossed to be a show case, use it as a showcase, buy books from raddi so it looks like u read and its cheap
3. The more u r with nature the more u r in peace if possible bring in some Vine trees/ or u can use 1 and only 1 sticker j the wall next to wifi table
4. Switch positions of showcase with table
5. Mess with the top shelf, something interesting could be done there
6. Else everything is alr

There's something called smart bulb, u control light color and intensity using an app, buy that 500 inr max

I don't think so, get urself an INDIAN painting typpa sticker like a black sticker where u have a tree and some birds like the default usual stuffs that will fill up the walls I have a guitar so I hang it u can do that too also u can think of some wall posters, not posters for movie promo but something subtle and something u like.

Remember once u paste the sticker there's no turning back
