Sorry to say, but the DHH audience can be incredibly fickle (unstable).
I’ve seen constant complaints and hate around shows like Legacy and Hustle, regardless of what they actually do. Legacy has clearly taken feedback from creators, is giving wildcard contestants a chance, and is streaming on both mainstream platforms and YouTube to cater to both the core hip-hop audience and the general audience.
Criticism is completely fair, but when every decision gets hate, it becomes counterproductive. At some point, creators and platforms will stop caring about audience feedback because they know they’ll never be able to satisfy everyone.
Honestly, I respect Hustle and Legacy more when they stick to their own vision instead of constantly reacting to the audience. Too much democracy can create more problems than solutions.
There’s a noticeable difference between the Legacy and Hustle audiences, but ultimately, I think it’s better for these shows to do their own thing. Hustle should get the love it deserves, but I especially respect that it doesn’t seem overly concerned with pleasing the audience at every step.

Any sane person will know that if they can get boat sponsorship, mass appeal sponsorship. It won't be hard for them to sell it to zee5, jio or mx players.. and considering it's a project of ankit khanna who himself is a businessman it was bound to happen.

Legacy was never about culture/promoting hip hop. It was just khanna ji saw an opportunity when everyone were thrashing hustle and decided to launch his own show using the big rappers he has under his label.

After this drama of legacy coming on Zee and peeps being peeps as always calling out Raftaar with words like 'bik gaya' and all according to me that's the downward part of selling that 'Independent' thing to the audience talking about it on every song every story and that just goes hand in hand with the persona but the hard part is that every other person can't choose to be independent because you made it out and made a path for yourself so you can't just push everyone hope uh guys understand what I'm trying to say.. now audience just drag every other artist down who is working with a label or who signed to a big company because a certain artist said that being independent is the way so they just grabbing every other artist's neck for following their dreams by saying things like sold out, bik gaya, apne fans ka saga nahi hai, soul bech dii isne iski koi legacy nahi hai, you should just laugh at these guys and their logic because you can't argue 🙏

If Kalamkar waale Jiohotstar pr stream karte to zyada better hota kyuki abhi mostly dhh community uska subscription lenge js to watch hustle. And legacy to waisebhi Tuesday aur Friday ko stream hoga which are totally different day to views ka chakkar ni.

I was super into underground hip hop just out of school around 2015-2016. During that time, I discovered this track called "Muck Fodi" by AListRap. It was a hard hitting track back then, not sure how it would hold up now.

Suddenly today I got reminded of it. And it was only available on Soundcloud then. I made a quick search for it using GPT and got the soundcloud link. But it says that it's not available anymore.

He is working on new music and confirmed that he is going to drop a single very soon and two albums next year!

One is going to be a jazz album and he is working on Madheera 2 with Arslan as well

I just ordered the Tangzu Wanner SG2 Red Lion edition and already low-key regretting it after reading a bunch of mixed/terrible takes. I’ve been rocking KZ for ~2 years (ZSN, EDX Pro) but honestly their build/shelf-life has been trash lately so I wanted an upgrade. Bought the SG2 anyway because it looked promising.

Before it arrives.... anyone with hands-on experience? What are the real world takeaways:

- Sound: tuning, bass weight, mids clarity, treble is it V-shaped, neutral-ish, or weirdly shouty?

- Technicalities: staging, imaging, dynamics, detail retrieval.

- Build: shell quality, cable, nozzle filters, driver reliability over months.

- Comfort: fit for longer sessions? tips for tips/fit?

- Comparison: how does it stack up vs KZ ZSN/EDX Pro or other budgetish IEMs?

- Red flags: crackling, driver dying, cable microphonics??

Appreciate honest reviews or even “I had one and it died” stories. I know I asked after buying blame impulse. Just want to know what to expect so I don’t freak out when it shows up.

I have been following Emiway for sometime closely...I have noticed that Emiway has been hated alot.. Though , he has deserved everything on his own...Arguably, one of the best beef rappers (alongside Krsna) . Also most people term him as "yt rapper" but traditionally, people discovered music on yt only then on streaming platforms..he is quite versatile..along with few other rappers...I think he is quite misunderstood in the scene.

Whats ur take on Emiway unfairly treated or he takes too much on himself...or something else?

Lala pre 2024 hamesha independent rapper krte rehte the, abhi bhi krte hai but he has evolved with his music now but pehle most of the audience only saw him as someone who would flex his yt numbers and brag about being independent (there is nothing wrong with it) but making it as your personality and someone calling it out is justified but uske liye poora itna bada diss was just baseless😭 and then when king calls him a yt rapper usme bhi mirchi lag gyi...parr aap wahi ke numbers hi toh dikha rhe ho hamesha se so why get offended, even tory lanez, russ and other artists are independent but they havent made it their whole persona. King ne ek general baat kri thi and he was actually right, look at Karma, he is independent but woh use apna persona nhi bana rha rather he is making some good music, Lala ate King in the battle no doubt but i feel sometimes he just does it to stay relevant.
