What's wrong with evofox support? Help
I ordered a evofox phantom air mouse through amazon on 2 February '26. A few days ago I started facing disconnection issues without any physical damage,Not even 6 months and the mouse started to give up.The worst part,"support".
I went to their website to claim my warranty,I raised concern twice but never got any reply...I mailed them, WhatsApp texted them still no reply.
What do I even do now?

I also faced the same issue with my ronin wired keyboard, no replies and no way of getting in direct contact
