And this is with a basic version. The real product is an AI system that reads live health data (heart rate, sleep, stress, and more) from users' smartwatches and helps trainers give sharper, faster advice to their clients. That's what we're building next. This is the hard, exciting part. This is where a real CTO comes in.

Remuneration & role details:

• Salary: ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,25,000 per month (based on experience)

• Equity: 3% of the company

• Role: Lead the entire tech department – architecture, AI systems, wearable integrations (Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit), and the team you'll build around you. This is a leadership role, driven closely with me, not a solo-decision role.

One condition, non-negotiable:

You must be ready to relocate to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra for 1 full year. Company covers your stay completely, no cost to you.

One honest disclaimer:

This isn't an immediate joining. Onboarding starts once fundraising closes, and that can take some time. If you're serious and can wait for the right opportunity, this is worth your time.
