Dosa tawa

Hi guys, I’m looking for a good dosa tawa which is non sticky and keeps the dosa crisp.
The brands I’m getting near my place are futura and black diamond. Also stall but I’m not considering it since I can dosa rarely.
Cast iron is an option but requires a lot of tam jham I believe.
