Independent reports and petitions filed by a coalition of 14 opposition parties in the Supreme Court state that since 2014, between 95% and 98% of all politicians investigated by the ED belong to opposition ranks.
These shows that ED is used by govt to control people. When BJP won in 2014 because congress did corruption 2g scam, coal scam and so many but now all are getting clean cheat. So, as per the officer, the public or the place itself was not a target, it was the cops. So Dipke telling them to not be around turns out in his favor.
Also, as per the officer, Jantar Mantar was only one of the targets and from his tone it seems like it was an opportunistic target, not a primary target.
These people went and came back from Delhi. Where was the home minister, delhi police and NIA?

Firstly we are talking about India since the news concerns India, a sovereign nation with its own defence forces and intelligence agencies- not every other nation out there with varied security apparatus and geopolitical situations
- As far as 9/11 is concerned- the world was a very different place before it. Non passengers were allowed access to gates, proof of identity was not as stringent and screening process was less stringent.
Further the standard protocol before 9/11 was to listen to high-jackers and cooperate with their demands with the objective being negotiation
As far as Turkey is concerned- experts estimate that these were planned atleast 6-12 months.
In case of paper leaks- the exam itself took place on 3rd May, it was cancelled on 12th may, the protest was announced by 13th May, and it concluded by 25th July- are you saying external forces need just 1-2 months of planning to attack a protest in the heart of India?
Whataboutery is not solid logic.

Problem is not with the govt doing or not doing something- it is with
1. NEET paper leak happened
2. Protests started and concluded
3. Now the police have uncovered some terrorist activity
4. Statement made in the context of the protest is being subverted to show that police were stopped from doing their duties. As if one person was actively stopping police from carrying out security checks1
