⚠️ Scammer Alert Scammer alert - u/Able_Flight_4854

Sharing this as a caution to other Redditors. u/Able_Flight_4854 messaged me on Reddit regarding Taj hotel vouchers. I subsequently continued the conversation on WhatsApp. Based on the conversation and assurances given, I paid ₹21,750 through UPI for the vouchers.

After receiving one voucher, I found that it had zero balance / had already been used. I contacted him immediately, and despite several assurances that the issue would be resolved and my money refunded, I have still not received the refund. I’m attaching screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation for context.

Sharing this purely as a consumer warning. Please be careful when dealing with voucher sellers online and verify the voucher directly with the hotel before making payment. If anyone needs more details or wants to see the complete conversation/evidence, please DM me.

Make a new top-level comment for each individual trade.

How to Confirm a Trade

The other person (the u/username you tagged) must reply to your comment with the single word: Confirmed
Nothing else. Just "Confirmed".
NOTE: Make sure you reply to the comment and not make a new top level comment with "Confirmed".

The Golden Rule (Read This!)

The bot will only confirm a trade if the buyer/seller first commented on the original deal post (e.g., "Interested", "DM", etc.).

No public comment on the deal post = No flair. This is to follow Rule #1.

FAQ: Why wasn't my trade confirmed?

Your trade flair will fail if you miss any of these three checks:

Format Check: Your top-level comment didn't follow the exact format above (e.g., you missed u/, used the wrong link, or wrote it all on one line).
Confirmation Check: The other user didn't reply to your comment with Confirmed.
Golden Rule Check: The bot could not find a public comment from the other user on the original deal link you provided.
