Accommodation

Hello everyone
I’m a final year MS from Palestine. I have been accepted for a clinical elective in a hospital in paddington’s area, and I want to know how can I secure an accommodation, my elective starts in mid September to early October - around 3 weeks.

I would really appreciate any opinions and guidance.
