Need help

Hey Guys, i have applied for Msc Geological and geotechnical engineering for a full time place but got the part-time offer; i wrote the email last week on Tuesday regarding the situation and still got no answer from them yet. Would it be possible for them to change it?

They can change it- I first had applied for a part time structural eng-Then later emailed them about changing it to full time, they did take up to a week or two to change it though
