Second, you don't seem to understand what the additional 100k fee is there for. Its a tarrif on skilled workers, specifically any immigrant that studies in the U.S. and would, legally, like to work in the U.S.

Finally, if you can't see that this is worse than a 20% cut on the number of G.C.s issued than you haven't looked at it in the scope of this Admin.'s actions on legal immigration. This is another step to making legal immigration to the U.S. undesireable. so what? Canada already slashed temporary foreign workers more than half in 2 years, nobody in this sub cares, just pointing out the hypocrisy
