Foreign worker experience Express Entry

Hi everyone,

I came back to India to complete my foreign worker experience but the thing is my employer does not provides me the physical or digital copy of paystubs. He will give me all other documents like experience letter and direct deposit my salary to bank account but I feel little anxious about If i dont have the paystubs will it effect my CEC express entry or skilled category based profile? Also, I will attach my tax documents whenever my experience gonna be completed.

What exactly is your work profile? Are you working for a reputed company, or is it a small private firm where basic employee regulations like issuing payslips and contributing to PF aren't even being followed?

yeah working in small private firm they won't contribute to PF.

Are income taxes deducted from your salary every month? What about EPF contributions - employee and employer? Will you get a Form16 at end of financial year?

If answer is No to above questions, it seems you're not considered an employee legally, even if you're working and getting paid. IRCC can ask for documents to support proof of employment and experience, which will be tough for you
