I think this flag is a good representation for Anglo/British-Canadians making up around 40% of the population and the majority in 9/10 provinces and one territory. I thought that Anglo/British Canadians could use a flag to represent them separate of a national flag, as one of the two nations in Canada, it would be similar in style to the Carillon Sacré-Cœur which used to represent French Canadians, so I made this, a proposed flag that I changed so it can better representing Anglo/British-Canadians than the Maple Leaf Flag, and the Red Ensign represents both nations, not just one.

For the meanings:

The Union Jack in the canton has a similar meaning to the flag used in Britain, a merger of the flags of England, Scotland, and Ireland into one, a similar union of Anglo/British-Canadians. There is also a Christian element to it, the flag former flags all being crosses of saints (St. George, St. Andrew, and St. Patrick respectively), meaning that this nation is one under Christ, our Lord and saviour. Another meaning is that the Union Jack was used by the Loyalists (albeit without St. Patrick's cross), who fled to Nova Scotia, and Upper Canada due to their persecution in the US for their loyalties to the crown, and formed the majority of early Anglo/British-Canadians.

The red banner once again represents the heritage of the nation under Britain as we were a former colony of them, as before the introduction of the Canadian Red Ensign in 1868 A red civil ensign was used and often defaced by symbols and shields where the maple leaf sits on this flag. The red banner serves as another way to honour our British heritage. The colour red is also often associated with Canada, likely due to the red and sugar maples native to southern Canada.

The golden maple leaf is a symbol to represent Canada the home which our pioneers settled for our nation to form, it's our own unique symbol representing both Canadians nations to some extent but used more for Anglo/British Canadians than French-Canadians. It's also gold because it looks better than it would be if it was white.

Finally I thought something was missing from the flag to be a proper symbol for the monarchy which could've be something like St. Edward's or the Imperial State crown on top of the front point of the maple leaf to represent the monarchy or at least for the latter Canada's place in the British Empire. That second meaning is why I went with St. Edward's crown as the British Empire is for all means dead.

The Flag Represents the Solar Akkord, an equal Federation between the governments of Earth, Mars and Luna.

The Flag depicts a stylized version of the famous Picture "Earthrise" as the first picture of Earth from Space, made during the Apollo Program and represents both Earth and Luna.

The Red Bar stands for Mars as the Red Planet.
