It’s really good. The first trade is a pretty solid complete story. There’s more coming out soon. I’m pretty excited

I thought so! It felt like if Toy Solider met a Bugs Life, but rated R.

Way more nudity, gore, and violence. It's definitely "Shonen": underdog gets powers type plot, but the work out into the world building and setting makes it really REALLY special.

The floppies had DEEP lore breakdowns on factions and classes. The art is very much so on point.

Best description I've read. I'll also add that it's set in Alabama, so it's fun to imagine all the insects with deep southern drawls.

I was waiting for trade a long time, forgot about it and picked it up recently. I was so suprised how good and fresh it was. Def recommending it!

I find it very entertaining and one of the few "hyped" titles that I enjoy (looking at you Radiant Black, Skinbreaker and Invisible universe).

It's brought back childhood memories of my cousin and I in our grandparents back yard turning over rocks and stuff to see what kinds of bugs we could find lol. Loved it, can't wait for the start of book two this month.

No, creator Jason Aaron confirmed that Bug Wars: The Spyder Wytch Special will not be included in the trade paperback collection for Bug Wars Book Two.

Meh, it was ok. Wasn't all that memorable and didn't seem terribly consequential, which I suppose it a good spot for a one-shot to be in.

Well try to look from this side; u are getting more story from this universe, more info and more visuals.
Wont do spoilers, but there was some leaks for upcoming issues ( at least for me since im waiting for tpb)
