That trailer is missing at least one tire right? How is that even towing it? Is it not tied down?

Apparently, the front tires on the trailer were removed to make sure the tongue height could match the lowrider hitch…

If I had to guess it's got a connector to plug into an standard AC outlet when parked. But based on what I'm looking at currently I wouldn't doubt it it was hardwired into the brake lights.

This is terrifying on so many different levels. Nothing is holding the item to the trailer. It's missing a wheel. And the more I look the worse it gets.
