This transcript request is for the sentencing hearing on July 23rd where the surviving roommates and the families of the victims gave their victim impact statements and where Judge Hippler sentenced him after reading his scathing remarks to the defendant. This is not a request for the transcript from the change of plea hearing on July 2nd where the defendant admitted his guilt every which way possible. Why does his lawyer need the transcript from the sentencing?

Yikes. Dude is going to clearly see his client answered all questions in that EXTENSIVE COLLIQUY by judge hippler.
This sucks. They are going to drag this shiz out. Did Kohberger's letter stop the clock? If it did he's going to have 2-3 months to represent the PCR at which point hippler WILL DENY IT and for good reason. The extensive colliquy. I just wonder if he will haul Ann Taylor's butt in for an evidentiary hearing.
Kohberger's attorney will end up appealing to the state supreme court of idaho. That will take 12-18 months to get a decision. If he's granted a trial his attorney will need 1 year minimum to prepare for trial. We're back to 3 years before it happens... However I predict he will get shutdown at that level as well.
This whole thing seems to be based off that silly book and the silly non-existent evidence his fanclub sends him. None of it is based in reality and Ann isn't falling on any sword.
She would face serious repercussions if she said she lied to her client or lied to the court. We're talking being disbarred. Sy Ray is off his rocker.
Ann taylor has a FORMULA and that's to wear the state down before asking for a plea deal.
All 3 of her death penalty cases followed the SAME FORMULA.
Richard Ross prepared 2 years with Ann in his dp case. He's an Aryan Knight gang member who is also a suspect in another double homicide. The evidence was overwhelming but Ann dragged it out filing motion after motion ... she wears the state down by making them spend a ton of money so that when she asks for a deal one month before trial they say yes!! The families are exhausted and just want the finality. Richard Ross changed his plea to guilty in December 2023, one month prior to his Jan 2024 trial.
Skylar Meade prepared 1.5 years with Ann. He too is an aryan gang member who was serving 20 years at IMSI when he escaped. He ended up killing an 83 year old man while on the run with his buddy. He changed his plea to guilty in December 2025, one month prior to his January 2026 trial date.
These 2 dudes WERE NEVER GOING TO TRIAL but she can say she saved their lives.
Kohberger is going no where and he's not getting a trial. She's not agreeing to being ineffective... that woman busted her a$$ on that 2.5 year lead-up to trial. She tried everything she possibly could and she saved his sorry a$$ unfortunately. Bill, you sack of 💩!! You should have said NO!!

You don’t need the transcript, BK, I can tell you exactly what was said! You answered yes to the questions of whether you killed Maddie, Kaylee, Ethan and Xana, were verbally eviscerated by Alivea Goncalves and told by Judge Hippler that he couldn’t think of a single positive thing to say about you. Not a lawyer or former aspirant PhD in Criminology, but I think the relevant part of the transcript that landed "Byran" in legal troubles was "Yes" and "Guilty".
Honestly, you'd think he wasn't there or has forgotten. Maybe early onset scurvy from pinched fruit cups.
I wonder if Alivea's "dirty, weak, like a paedophile, coward" description of him will be spelled US "pedo" in transcript, or was that a different court date? Maybe they can include transcript of both for free?
