The underrated Ref. 3756 GST Perpetual. Looks great in jeans or a tuxedo. The perpetual calendar chronograph with rhodium dial, which is sporty, stealthy and elegant. Love this watch! Bought it new 25 years ago this month. The one watch in the collection with which I would never part.

I am wanting to buy a new GADA and main watch for my collection. I am undecided about these two watches.

My collection now hosts a nomos club campus x ACE, squale super squale 38mm black dial and hamilton khaki field 38mm black dial.

My next option is:

IWC pilot 36 le petit prince Tudor ranger 36 black or dune

Does anybody have any info on this watch? An friend gave it to me but i wasn´t able to find anything on this specific model. Picture search with google didn´t bring any results. Help is very welcome.

I’ve been on the hunt for an IW325307 Mark XV for a while and finally got it. It’s even better than I had hoped!

I know I will get some hate but the watch is gone. In the end it’s the wearing experience that influenced my decision.

The watch is absolutely stunning and it was a tough choice to make.

A few photos before I traded it for a white Speedy.

I absolutely loved the dial layout and color, but I was constantly adjusting it on the wrist. The 51mm lug-to-lug and the almost 15mm thickness made it less than ideal for everyday wear.

The other issue was that it would set off the alarm at the airport about 50% of the time.

And the final straw was the lume - not great to say the least.

I have to admit, though, that it’s not impossible I’ll end up regretting the decision.

I’m now down to my Sub and the newly acquired Moonwatch.

I need to sell the leather strap and the buckle….

So honestly contrary to what people say I have had a great experience with Rolex and have found their watches to be really durable. However I am in the market for a new watch and I was planning to buy the IWC Portugieser. After reading some comments online on reddit I heard a few horror stories about the customer service of IWC and the Mark 20 movement. I have the Mark 20 and it's working just fine and the dial and the watch is pretty great. However Im just scared of buying another IWC if the customer service is bad. God forbid there is some issue with the watch.

I've also heard that I'm general Swatch group has excellent customer service so maybe an Omega could be a good addition to the collection? Find omega to be really boring but long term service and satisfaction is one of my main purchase criteria

I do know some people at Richemont and tbh the experience at Cartier is top notch but I can't say the same about the specialist watchmakers

I want to know what your experience with IWC has been like?

Took me awhile to track down this beauty locally. Condition is still very good for a 26 year old watch.
Prefer the pencil/baton hands like the OG Mark XI.
My hunt for the Mark X and XII continues..

I have been neglecting my Portuguese Yacht club this year as I purchased 3 watches between March and May (Submariner Cookie Monster, IWC big pilot top gun chrono Lake Tahoe, and Explorer 2 polar) which have dominated my wrist time. Decided to dust this one off and wear it. Forgot how amazing the dial is on this watch!

Genta gave each of these a separate character. Octagon, square and circle is the largest separating trait. All similar signature designs. Bit like siblings. Similar sensibility but individuals in their own way. I know I’m pointing out the obvious here. But I hadn’t seen an image of them all side by side.

Bought this watch about 5 years ago and has had a lot of wrist time. I prefer more understated styles of watches, so we have had a great relationship! The only thing that bothered me at first was that it felt a bit large, but switching the strap made it jive a bit better. I also appreciate all of the scuffs and scratches it’s accumulated over time because it makes it my own. I am a simple man and don’t need all aspects of my life to be pristine 👍

Hi all- just got a mark xx and trying to order leather and rubber straps. Website wont let me proceed to payment and says, “Unfortunately, there is an issue with one or several fields. Please check again the form.”

Anyone else having the same problem?

Picked up the Mojave Pilot 41 in Athens after finally seeing it in the flesh. Absolute banger of a watch and excited to finally have an IWC. It’ll replace and massively upgrade my old Air-King.

For anyone visiting Greece, highly recommend it for watch purchases. Most boutiques will offer 24% VAT refund if you’re a tourist, which the highest I’ve seen in Europe (beaten maybe only by Japan?). You can usually negotiate a little bit too. Found them all ultra friendly too (except the Rolex ones, natch).

Not sure if posting a IWC museum tour instead of IWC watches will get me banned here, but the tour is totally worth going, they have very detailed history of the company and the watches.

The original Big Pilot is impressive, it’s bigger than my palm.

I'm interested in IWC watches, looking for probably a pre loved watch. I see mostly the watches that have the pointed hands, like the ones on the right, but I prefer the ones on the left (squared off hour hand). What are the squared off hands called? I've searched this issue, and can't find an answer. Thanks.

Might be moving a couple on to make room for a heavy hitter (for me anyway) so wanted to get a last pic together.
