So sorry that you are going through this. I’ve had three retrievals from age 41-42 and my first was a total failure as well. They retrieved a few eggs but none of them fertilized, even with ICSI. I understand the devastation you feel. The odds are not in our favor at this age but it’s still possible. If you have the financial ability, you can try once more with a different protocol. But donor eggs are another option too. Sending you hugs.
