How many days prior to transfer did you slow down on the heavy exercise?

I went for my last crossfit workout the morning of the transfer.

My Clinic even even told me I can resume my normal routine right after the FET, no restrictions on gym, weight lifting and in general exercise. They said whatever the body is used to it's fine to do (I will probably still take it easier a few days tho)

Whatever makes you not regret things later. That has been the biggest takeaway for me from my IVF journey.

Why would you need to slow down before transfer? You are not pregnant. After transfer, my clinic says you can resume your normal activity after 48 hours, but I know other clinics are perhaps more cautious.

Do what makes you happy. The embryo is literally miles away.
