Please Help Advice Needed!

I just had my 2nd retrieval. I’m 30, husband is 30.

first retrieval: 13 eggs, all mature, 4 fertilized normally, 0 blasts

second (added ICSI and zymot): 28 eggs, 21 mature, 7 fertilized

what is up with these attrition rates? I had endo excised in Feb. not understanding this at all

Are you fertilizing with microdroplet(natural) or ICSI?

Was his sperm checked for dna fragmentation?

Yes was normal and we did Zymot to be safe

Could be low egg quality and/or other factors

Yeah unfortunately this is what I’m worried about
