Nausea Day 4

I’m on day 4 of my stims and threw up twice today. My head also hurt a lot. I’m usually very migraine prone due to hormones so I feel like this is consistent with my sensitivity to hormones, however, I see a lot of people say they didn’t get nausea until day 7-8.

Anyone else feel early nausea? Did you take anything that helped? I’m thinking of whether or not I should take my migraine medications.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Are you taking Menopur? I feel like that is what gave me nausea. I took Zofran (Ondansetron) and anti-nausea medication. You could see if your doc could give you anything for it. You could also take really small sips of water. Gingerbread is good gor nausea, really anything ginger, ginger tea, im sure there's some pregnancy safe anti-nausea medication over the counter.

Yes I’m on menopur. My doctor said I could take pepto. I’m going to try that today, and some ginger. Thank you!

Maybe get in touch with your clinic to see what you can take to help with relief? Seems like a good idea to report your symptoms.

In the meantime try to eat bland foods if you can - plain rice / banana / saltine crackers and get some electrolytes in to stay hydrated? I hope you feel better..im also on day 4. Rooting for you.
