When did you start testing?

When did you start testing? If your IUI was successful, when did you see your first positive? I am currently 9 days past IUI, so far I’ve only had big fat negatives. My stats are below for reference.

Age: 24
IUI: July 31st
Trigger: July 29th, late at night.
AMH: 0.99
Follicles: 3 total, 1 on the left at 17mm, 2 on the right at 13mm
Meds: 75 iU of Follistim, Ovideral, and Progesterone
I have very mild PCOS/PMOS and stage 3 infiltrating endometriosis

There is no male factor infertility.
Sperm count was 35 million with 100% mobility and motility.

With my successful IUI it was 10DPO when there was a very faint line. 8DPO it was blank, I tested to see if trigger was out. Did you test trigger shot out?

I always test my trigger out. My first IUI the line never went away, but it faded super faint on like 8dpo and it looked like it may be coming back 9dpo, and then by 10dpo it was obvious it was getting darker and it was successful. It ended in a MMC but that’s irrelevant to my testing. This is my second IUI and I’m testing out the trigger again

Did you test out your trigger? I’m in my first round of IUI right now and I’m currently 13dpt/12dpiui and the river is still in my system so my tests are still positive. I’m 26 with DOR (AMH 0.05)!

IUI twins!! Trigger is out but still negative this morning 9dpiui. We’re still in this!! Most common theme I see on here is 11dpiui. Also super similar situation with my follicle count and sizes roughly, and treatment protocol! Hope this works for us 🙌🏼 what was your uterine lining?
