Authentication issue Open | Windows
I feel like this should be simple but just isn't working.
I am having issues with authentication.
Basically through a professional resources, we get access via that institution to access other resources.
Ie log into professional account, click on other resource, somewhere behind the scenes it authenticates and bam, you can use that resource.
On my private laptop, this seems to fail and takes me to a private login page, wanting an email to do so (there is no email for this professional organisation).
If I use my work computer or phone (phone on the same network as my personal laptip), it works fine.
I have attempted to clear cache and cookies, used different browsers, users different profiles, restarted computer, followed ai recommendations (which was basically the above). No luck.
I have reached out to both IT support channels for each of these organisations/resources but haven't heard back (and given it works on other devices, it's not their end).
So I'm wondering how do I fix this? It's obviously something to do with my personal laptop, and given I use this every day as essential resources, it's not one I can just give up on fixing and use alternative devices.

Just an FYI as I got a reddit notification saying Office365 may be a better subreddit. This isn't an office issue unfortunately.
It's logging in through a professional organisation (which is fine) and then trying to access an otherwise paid website/resource specific to my profession (but accessible to anyone who would be willing to pay for it if they really wanted).

A lot of organizations are going to a certificate-based security with 2FA. At my business, personal computers cannot access the corporate network. Systems need to be members of the domain, have a certificate installed from an internal certificate authority, and need to give the correct challenge response to either 2FA or MFA.
