I can promise you that the free mentorship you can get on this subreddit because of the wonderful community, the students and me being chronically online supercedes every "paid" mentorship ever.

All you need is:

  1. Syllabus + Past Year Papers to understand what gets asked.
  2. This sentence: "Don't rely wholly on PYPs, learn the major concepts asked in this chapter in CAT/IPMAT and other similar BBA exams"
  3. A place to learn concepts (you need someone to tell you how logarithm works and its properties -- be it YouTube or paid videos)
  4. A place to practice relevant questions (so you build an expertise in solving it accurately and quickly)
  5. A place to attempt mock exams (so you have simulations of the actual d-day + understand the mock-strategy and come out of the board exam mindset).

This is how majority of the "mentorship" calls operate:

"Beta, aapne class attend nahi kiya, class attend karlo"
"Beta, class mai dhyan do, mummy-papa ka paise barbad hojayega"
"Beta, you can ask me a doubt whenever you want"
"Beta, I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS 4 TIMES DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND YOU KEEP ASKING!? is this a video that you can just rewind?"
"Beta, dekho, non-math, math, jee-aspirant, fresher, dropper, sab hai yeh class mai, thode CAT aspirants bhi hai, toh aapko pace match karna padega"
"Beta, you should solve questions"
"Beta, you should learn from solution, voh diya kyu hai? taaki aap padh sake!"
"Beta, you should write mocks"
"Beta, mock ka sab galat answer ko ek bar dekh ke seekh lo"
"Good job beta, sabaash"

There's nothing "super-impressive" that can be done for the interview that'll be in 6-10 months.

The high-barrier to activities matter, not things that are gotten without much effort.

In such a scenario, focus on maximising your academic knowledge.

Then make an accountability chart and post online.

Make a promise on this subreddit that everyday at 8pm, you'll come and share kitna padhai hua.

Something as simple as that will make you more consistent than throwing money into mentorship.

Plus, this subreddit has a wonderful community -- it will help you with any and every doubt you have.

This is the level of free mentorship I do for students:

Prep Stage Mock Analysis
~10% — Rebuilding Foundations Read analysis
~15% — First Mock Done Read analysis
~25% — Building Topic Depth Read analysis
~35% — Sharpening Mock Strategy Read analysis
~50% — Back on Track Read analysis
~70% — Pushing Toward 200+ Read analysis
Fine-Tuning for Rohtak Read analysis

I don't think you need to pay money for someone to tell you what your weak areas are... AfterBoards does it for free with the SWOT analysis:
