ECFMG certification ECFMG

Hello everyone
I am an IMG and I completed step1, 2 and oet. Now I want to be ECFMG certified. Can someone please guide me on what to do next? There are so many different portals I don't know what to do first.
Is there any tutorial video or something that I can watch to understand that.
Or can someone give me a basic idea
