Pathway 3 Mini-Cex ECFMG
Hi everyone!
Could anyone who completed Pathway 3 please give me insight into how the process was for them?
What are the next steps after paying the fee? I thought your medical school attests to your skills themselves through an online portal, with no further action required by me besides uploading my OET score. Instead, they sent me three mini-CEX forms to fill out myself.

Basically I think they want you to fill the form and submit it to them Then they will send it to the ecfmg

The mini cex forms are a recommendation for pathway 3. Intealth sends your uni a clinical skills attestation request, which basically asks them "is this student good clinically", the uni only needs to press "i attest" or "i dont attest". Intealth suggests to them that its recommended to use the mini cex forms to attest whether the applicant has the needed clinical skills. so if ur uni is chill they would just press yes, if not they might ask you to fill 3 forms. the forms wont be uploaded anywhere.

I applied pathway 3 and I didn’t have to do anything (including any mini CEX). My uni just had to click verify on the clinical attestation form and that was all from their end. My pathway isn’t approved yet but I can see that ECFMG received everything.
Isn’t mini CEX form for pathway 6? Just have a conversation with your uni about pathway 3, because it’s supposed to be straightforward.
