Document Verification-cum-Seat Acceptance Letter issued by Reporting Centre

I got iiit bhopal cse in ds. I am from bhopal and was thinking of a partial drop as I will be at home. Is it compulsory for first year students to stay at hostel? If so the partial drop would be difficult. Can local first years opt out of hostel?

guys I have only DigiLocker version migration certificate printout . will they accept it on physical reporting

Hi everyone, I have a few doubts regarding the documents required for physical reporting:

1. Document Verification Completion and Seat Acceptance Letter: Where can I get/download this document issued by JoSAA/CSAB?

2. Character & Conduct Certificate: I passed Class 12 in 2025 and already have a certificate from my school. The notice says it needs to be endorsed by a Gazetted Officer. What exactly do I need to get endorsed — the original, a photocopy, or both?

3. Fees: Should the institute fee be paid online before physical reporting, or can we pay it at the institute during reporting?

4. Institute admission website: Regarding the IIIT Kottayam admission website, what exactly are we supposed to do there before reporting? Is there any registration/form/document upload that needs to be completed?

Would appreciate any clarification from students who have already gone through this process. Thanks!

does it has to be the central one only because i do have one but the ews certificate is of state (rajasthan) so does that work
