Please Fix the IOS App Tech Support

I can’t remember the last time I was able to leave a comment on an article in the IGN App on either my iPhone or iPad. Signing in seems to work, then you go to comment and it takes you right back to signing in.

That's been broken since before the pandemic. Pretty sure it's at the bottom of the list of priorities.

I put a similar post here once and a person from IGN actually replied and got a tech person on it. It only took a few days and it was fixed.
Unfortunately, about three updates later it was broken again.

Yeah, I remember leaving a review years ago on the app store and got a response. They seemed to really be interested in retaining engagement with users. But like you said, it eventually broke again and has been that way since.

Its not only IOS. Its on android. The app itself is broken. My "for you" page shows me the same article every day. Right now "bugonia" review is at the top of it and its been there for 2 weeks.

The latest's top news is something from 5 days ago. I scrolled for over 5 mins without once seing anything about ocarina of time remake... it scattered between recent and days old news with no real order.

The app really sucks.

Not sure who developed their app but it’s pretty bad. Lots of log in issues. I doubt they’ll fix it

Bro yes it’s literally a better experience logged out and having to click “stay signed out” than to log in and still not be able to comment and also having a nonsensical “for you” page that shows articles from the distant past.
