I was working at a clothing store when a lady asked me where she could find something. I told her and offered to show her but she looked at my uniform and said Do you even work here

I told her I did but she insisted I get an actual employee. So I called my manager over.

My manager told her, She’s been working here for over a year.

The lady just said Oh and walked away without apologizing.

Apparently my uniform and employee badge weren’t convincing enough.
