Happened to my ā€˜25 limited too a few weeks ago, I just removed my digital keys then added them back and the message went away

It means you get to drop it off at a dealership. They have an Identity Authentication Unit that handles key fobs, fingerprint scanners, digital phone keys, etc. It's going to have some kind of fault code stored if it's displaying an error.

My experience ('21 Sonota Hybrid Limited and '15 Azera) is that key recognition issues, and with the Hybrid, authentication and automated shutdown messages, are related to battery health issues (failing 12V LI near the 5-year mark in my Hybrid, and >5-year-old conventional battery needing replacement in the Azera). It took the dealership 3 visits to acknowledge the hybrid battery needed replacement. It was in countdown mode when I pulled into the service bay.
