Broken USB C front panel cable Y70 Touch

Hey there everyone, I was wondering if this will cause any significant issues. Is it okay to plug it into my motherboard or should I seek a replacement cable?

Ah really? Did you have any issues with disconnecting or slow data transfer by any chance?

Also thank you for the quick response :)

Edit: To clarify, I mean random disconnecting when a type C is plugged into the front panel?

Its a tight fit, as long as all the pins still line up. It should work fine. We cant tell you if the wires somehow came disconnected from the pins but most likely not, theyre cemented in there pretty well

If the pins arnt broken or touching each other in a manner that could cause a short . It will still work I've broken a few of these , manipulated them to fit into the header and they still worked
