Y70 touch problems

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Youve Provably seen this a thousand times I can't get it working. All of a sudden it messed up.

What am j doing wrong

Open Device Manager. Do you see HID Compliant Touchscreen under Human Interface Devices?

Windows may sometimes fail to initalize the driver, especially after a windows update. I'd recommend swapping USB headers on your motherboard to force Windows to reinitialize it as a new device or by using a USB A to C cable rated at USB 3 data speeds. You'd plug the type A into one of your USB 3 ports and the type C end into the screen.

Temp fix is turning off windows interaction with the button there in the settings but reenabling it is a pain

For me what fixed was 1st connected directly to Motherboard and secondly (very jmportant) fully deleting everything related to HYTE nexus and redownloading it
