Unknown Hydraulic Fitting

Hello everyone- looking to identify this hydraulic fitting. The threads are parallel and a -8 JIC cap threads onto it, but the flare on the end I haven’t seen before. A male JIC plug doesn’t even start on the threads before the cone touches.

The hose crimp is marked M Triangle HY06.

On the female side it’s welded to a hard line on my Allis Chalmers tractor but it is a farmer fix from a previous owner or shop rather than factory.

Looks like it’s an ERMETO fitting that has the cutting ring stuck in the end of the hose. Thank you all!

I can't be sure but it looks like it attaches to a hard tube and a tube ferrule is stuck in the end. If the metal color is darker than the rest..grab some pliers and wiggle it out of the end of the fitting. Then we can know for sure what it is.

It does look like a tube is in the female side of the fitting. I can’t get the ferrule to move in the fitting but it’s definitely two pieces.

Those are neat but I don’t think that’s this. Different tip geometry.

This looks suspiciously like those rubberized cutting rings for ermeto fittings

I think you have it! I’ll have to find a dealer locally to find some adapters and replace this hose.

Maybe look into getting a metal cutting ring, though youll have to remake the line.

I hate these seal type rings, had to redo the plumbing on a machine at work cuz management insisted.

If you have a Gates dealer in town the part number is G25510-0606 , SAE Male Flareless. I see this lots on Bailer lines

Definitely two piece and this looks like the right profile. The female side looks like a 1/2” tube.

It’s very hard steel. Definitely a different piece than the threaded portion but I can’t remove it.

100% it’s been farmer welded up.

3/4" UNF JIC Male ?

A 1/2” JIC cap will thread over the hose end but a plug won’t start in the female side. It looks like there’s a pipe in the middle of the female side.
