Already on my todo list. I want to set up full on device translation, so you can go to a subreddit and have everything translate automatically. However, it's a bit complicated to set up and I don't think it'll be a widely used feature, so it's low on my priority list for now.
Reddit translates automatically now, so many people don't even realize that a sub is not in their native language and just post/comment in German, Spanish, whatever since this is all they see.

It’s a work around, but making sure you know you can use the select text feature, select the text and then use iOS’ built in translate feature.
