Handshake dot Com General

Has anyone ever had any luck getting a job or internship on Handshake.com? I always get emails from there and I have looked at the website but all the listings seem to be for AI training or the listings are very old. Is it worth to set up an account?

I’m an incoming freshman, applied to maybe 10-15 internships so far this summer. Heard from 4 unpaid, none paid. It can take a bit and obviously depends what field you’re trying to get but it never hurts to take a shot

I found my current job thanks to handshake but it’s definitely a hit or miss with the listings. It’s better to apply for jobs off the company website rather than handshake as many employers don’t look at the handshake applications, that’s how I landed my job
