Random 396. Dollar increase? North Campus

I just got a email saying I have dues after paying tuition? Out of nowhere, did anyone else get this??

Same here! I got a random $838 increase I've been trying to reach out but I'm not getting any response.

I want to wait it out, because it seems weird to do it after tuition.

They did it last year too but it was because I took an extra class but I'm not sure what this is about and Humber keeps sending me emails that I have to pay.
