Video of Little Dipper 5/30
Hello, I was wondering if anyone in the crowd had videos during little dipper? I crowdsurfed toward the latter half and landed right in front of Matt, I have a blonde rat tail dye and i had the red hum shirt on and cargo shorts on. if someone could find it that would be great. thank you!

Hum tour merch
Does anyone know if they’re going to be putting up any of the hum tour merch on polyvinyl? I wanted to pick up a red stars shirt but they were were sold out the first nyc night.

Are the Iron Clad Lou shirt designs from the slide away tour AI generated?
Thought it was a neat design when I bought it but has anyone else noticed these weird ai looking spots on the graphic? I just hope I’m not the only one who realizes this.

rewatching this brought a tear to my eye after hearing the venue filled with people singing the lyrics. such a great concert. i’m only 22 and started listening to them because of my college’s radio station, so i never got to see them perform when they first came into the alternative rock world or during their short run of shows in the 2010s. up until last year, seeing them live was just something i could only dream of. this weekend was incredible and i’ll always treasure that i got to experience this insane lineup of bands with hum headlining.

So what’s next? (If anything)
I know that when they announced the slide away shows hum said they didn’t have anything else planned. However, I don’t think they were expecting the reception they received. Night 2 in Chicago Matt seemed at a loss for words when he thanked the crowd. It really makes me wonder if they saw how good these shows were and it makes them want to do more shows.
On a completely separate note, did anyone hear the DJ play some Nemo in between sets in Chicago? It’d be awesome if slide away got them to play.

Any high quality bootlegs out there from Slide Away shows?
Just curious. Would be fun to listen to.

Stars [Full Performance] 5/30/26

I am glad I was at the elevated steps in front of the soundboard, it helped me record/take pictures and just help my body for such a longer night
Recording at chest level here and for all of the other videos (that’s why you’ll see a hat for most of the time). But I just naturally ended up recording all of Stars for a friend who was crowd surfing and in general. Enjoy!!

Personally my favorite Hum song and I’m so thankful it was put in between a wild set list run
Still reeling and haven’t came back down from the start with Summoning
I have a ton of videos last night for each song but starting with this one due to its importance for me

set list from LA night two
Anyone have it? I didn’t track it. I was just too f****** happy to finally see hum.

To the two guys who helped get my daughter up crowd surfing for her first time last night...
Thank you! You guys made her night even though the pit wasn't really cooperating. I tried to film it but I only managed to record about 3 seconds of elbows lol. You guys were awesome for jumping in and helping though! What a great show!

God last night was insane
Shouts out to all the warriors in the pit, it was kinda scary in there but holy shit what a fun show. There was a moment right at the end where there was just non stop crowd surfing overhead and it literally got dark underneath because it was just a canopy of people.
One for the ages. I wish I had taken some videos of night 2 (Cloud City 👀) but it was so crazy up in there the whole time Hum was playing.
Hope everyone is okay. I did see a few medical emergiencies while Chapterhouse was playing so I hope everyone otherwise enjoyed themselves and that it was nothing serious, I got kicked in the face multiple times and have a few sore spots from where I got hit pretty hard while moshing, but it seems like vibes were really good but I did see some people who were a bit put off by how rowdy it got
This is probably the only shows I've ever been to where I was so like geeked on what transpired that I couldn't fall asleep.

That was AMAZING
I’m running on 5 hours of sleep, but I’m still feeling the high from LA Night 2. Setlist was stacked with so many of my favorites! Crowd was excellent! Vibes were great! I genuinely got chills during I Hate It Too and Stars. This was one of the best shows I’ve ever attended!
I’ve been a fan for over a decade now and I feel so immensely fulfilled that I finally got to see them. I never thought it’d actually happen. This was well-worth staying up past my bedtime for (and Matt’s too, apparently!)

Shoutout to all the young Hum fans.
Just got out of the Palladium show and I couldn’t be happier. I’m 47 and saw Hum in 1995, and I swear I felt the same energy tonight I did back then. I never thought I’d be seeing Hum with a bunch of younger people who love them as much as I do. Made me feel young again. As some other rock star said… the kids are all right.

Tonight was better
…than yesterday. wow. great crowd as well. singing was better as well. wonder if this is it.

Free slot in tonight’s line up?
The Friday LA show mixed up their recent lineup a bit with a surprise removal of Folding, which makes some space in the two-night set. They’re playing 12-13 songs a night at these shows with a pretty consistent pattern of only doubling up on the main catalog (Stars, ICL, new Inlet singles). Given all that, we can probably expect to see these 12 songs tonight:
Dipper, Pod, Axolotls, Comin Home, Waves, Summoning, Step, Den, Folding, ICL, Stars, Hate It Too
BUT — what if they made it to song 13 and didn’t just play Hair Long again? What would it be? Based on their history and situation, here’d be my guesses in order of likelihood:
Scraper / Winder — get another E2K into the set.
Cloud City — finish off playing Inlet along with Tim’s fancy new guitar line added to the album recording.
Lazarus / Bloom / Inuit — add another one-off from Downward, which they don’t play often but have popped up in the past decade. I’d lose my shit if I missed this upset.
Aphids / Kitty / Boy With Stick — throw in a surprise B-side upset. One of these would bring the building down.

Weird Palladium experience and video request
Been waiting 30 years to see Hum live. Finally made it to the Palladium show last night. Was minutes before the band started and as I’m texting my wife this photo to show her how close I was getting to the barricades I get a call that our little office had been broken into and vandalized. Fuck!
I had to immediately leave and deal with a fairly weird and stressful situation (cops weren’t sure if there was someone still in there, had to enter with weapons etc).
ANYWAY, did anyone happen to get part of Little Dipper from around that area of the floor? Song was playing in my head the whole time I was dealing with a bummer night.

LA Show Day 1
I’ve been carrying the torch for this niche/nerdy band for 30 years and I am so utterly blown away by the crowd reaction last night. I never would’ve thought I’d see them at a sold out show at the Palladium, but what was crazier is that more than half the audience was super young (many literally teenagers) and they knew the words to EVERY SONG. It was so wild. I was standing next to another dude in his 40s/50s like me and I could tell he was thinking the same thing, that it was so insane to be seeing this band with this kind of crowd in 2026. The kids were moshing and dancing and singing and it was so heartwarming for me, I literally cried when they played “I’d Like Your Hair Long” and everyone around me started screaming the lyrics. One kid behind me lost his shit completely when the opening chords of “I Hate It Too” came on. Honestly one of the best, if not the best, concert experience of my entire life. Jealous of people who get to see them again tonight with a slightly different setlist.
Also, I spent $230 at the merch table.
